My first experience with Mark and his team could not have been better. After years of patchy service from a dealership, it was refreshing to take my vehicle somewhere where the people really cared about the customer satisfaction. Mark personally took me through what was going to happen to the vehicle, discussed areas of concern etc before the service actually began. Prior to authorising repairs, I received via email a report on the vehicle's condition, including photo and video of the actual parts of my car in question. It was such a difference being able to actually see the wear an tear in question, rather than simply rely the description given by a desk jockey with an itchy up-charge finger. Topping off the experience, Mark and his wife provided a shuttle service for me - they are lovely people. Oh, and the car is in great shape!
