The battery in one of our service vehicles decided it no longer wanted to co-operate. Our service tech was shut down and another call waiting. I Googled 'mechanics in Oakville' and found Mark's Auto Service. I called and explained to Mark that I am in need of either a battery or an alternator. He did suggest they were quite busy but, understanding the type of business we are in, I should have it sent over and he will 'fit us in'. From the time the tow truck showed up on site, towed us to Mark's Auto Service, received the (honest - battery only) quotation for repair and the vehicle was released; it was only 2 hours - total. Where can you find better service? 5 stars all the way!

I was impressed with the friendly, efficient and professional service I received. I was shown the worn out parts and every question I had was answered and explained. Just loved the treatment I received. To paraphrase a famous actor....I'll be back!!!
