Excellent service. Advised me on everything that needed to be done and the cost associated with it. Terrific customer service. Amy at the front desk was very polite, courteous and helpful.

Arrived at 8:00 am without an appointment, was given a loaner, and picked my car at the end of the day. Staff was courteous and knowledgable.

Overall I have never been anything but pleased with the service at Marks. My most recent visit to Marks' Auto was a really positive experience. I had some special work that had to be done, and low and behold, Mark the (owner) worked on it himself; how remarkable is that.
