this is the BEST ever! Amory even gave me a free loaner which was awesome as I had no way to get to my office from the shop. they went above and beyond for me to fix my problem.. very friendly staff and very competitive pricing, I really liked that part! Forgot to lubricate the door hinges. Both front doors are sweeking badly. I thought they did that as part of the lubrication service.

I took my vehicle in to Mark's Auto Servcie before embarking on a "road trip" to the US. The staff at Mark's Auto Service were excellent in advising me of the scheduled maintenance required as well as making recommendations for the preventative services that would make my trip worry free. Before proceeding with any work they discussed the pros and cons of doing the different maintenance services/ jobs and also advised of the cost so that I could make an informed decision. Mark's staff are commended for their efforts to provide stellar customer service and professional knowledge and expertise! My vehicle was ready at the promised time. Took my car in for an oil change and a much needed replacement of my soon-to-be non-existent brakes. Amy and Amory were very helpful with the car service, and also understanding of my needs with this car. Never felt pressured at any time to make any decisions. Big bonus was that my car was much cleaner than when i brought it in, and i've nicknamed it "Dusty", so that says something. Thanks, and i will see you all again relatively soon.

Amy's work and attitude are first class. Can't say the same for those who work on the car. Tire pressures are never correct if the wheels are pulled and rotated…this has happened several times. Tire pressure label is on the door jamb, no excuse. 38 F was 34 and 35 R was 37.
