This was my first experience with repairs/maintenance at Mark's. Amy and the rest of the staff were great - not only the work but the service. Amy said she would call by noon with any findings AND SHE DID. She called again when my car was ready. They provided a courtesy car for my interim needs as well. I know repairs are necessary but it's the service that will bring me back next time.

I brought my van into Mark's, the engine was blow. They were friendly and loaned me a car at no charge. There were a few more issues than expected which would have exceeded the estimate but they were kind enough to give me a break on pricing which kept the work on budget. My 12 year old van runs like a new car. I couldn't be happier. Once you find an auto shop that you can trust, you stick with them. I would never consider taking a vehicle anywhere else.
