I brought my van into Mark's, the engine was blown. They were friendly and loaned me a car at no charge. There were a few more issues than expected which would have exceeded the estimate but they were kind enough to give me a break on pricing which kept the work on budget. My 12 year old van runs like a new car. I couldn't be happier. Once you find an auto shop that you can trust, you stick with them. I would never consider taking a vehicle anywhere else.
