It is so good to have 'old Betsy' back - I know she is getting on in years but then so is her owner. It runs like a charm, the door is working well and it feels good. Now I shouldn't have to worry about it during this Winter. One thing I don't understand is that every time I have my car in, my seat is always to the point when I would like to have a pump to boost it a notch or two but it won't go any higher with the buttons at the side of the seat. When I get the car back after service I am higher and I see the traffic much better and almost do not need my seat cushion. What makes this change????

This was my first visit at Mark's, for a 4 wheels alignment on my VW Touareg. Reviews on different forums recommended Mark's as my first choice, not only because he is an excellent professional, but he also has a passion for Volkswagen. As it proved out, suspension on Touaregs is sophisticated and can be challenging, but Mark took his time to complete the alignment job as close to perfection as possible. Now all the angles are within manufacturer's specifications. I hope time will prove it too and that I'll be happy with my tires for another 80.000 Km or more. Thanks to the entire team for the great experience.
