Communication by all staff and owner second to none, from start to finish. The element of trust that everything that needs to be done is identified and that every service or part recommended is necessary or soon will be. Knowledge of my vehicle and its specifications is readily apparent. Best price on parts appears to be always a priority and knowledge of applicable rebates is very evident.
