Mark and his staff are professionals who explain the intricacies of my car and a problem it had, after my experience at Dealerships versus Mark's Auto, there is really no question, I won't hesitate to send family and friends to Mark's Auto Service.

Owning a used car has its challenges but having Mark's Auto Service as a reliable auto repair shop does ease the mind when driving it. Recently, I walked into my garage only to find my Mercedes Benz E350 was leaning severely to one side & was not drivable. I got on the phone to Mark's, they instructed me to call the Road Side Assistance Program that you benefit from when you are there customer. Within a few hours I had a tow truck at the house, and a short time later a call from Amory with a update of the problem and a estimate to repair it, the next day I was able to pick up the car all fixed, and Washed :) Mark's Auto Service not only repaired my car, they relieved all the stress of getting it there & re-working my whole day. Now that is "Legendary Service"!
