Hinge and panel replacement on my BMW530e. Budd’s BMW Oakville said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the part from Germany. Marks got the part the next day, scheduled an appt, had the work done in one hour and even washed my car. Mark is very personable. A really good experience overall. I have no qualms recommending Mark’s Auto.

Paul, a service advisor, showed me the garage, gave me all the details around the shop. What a great customer experience to be heard but also have a long term vision to be customer obsessed.
