I had to get my Splash Shield Clipped back on and ended up needing a huge fix for something else because my engine light went on. I got an appointment the next day after I called 👍🏻 & Paul was SO helpful and informative. I was updated throughout the entire day regarding my vehicle via phone/text and was sent a link to view my maintenance progress including photos, descriptions and recommendations of what needed to be fixed. Paul was genuinely happy to help and explain everything to me in detail. I will be going back for sure!

Several days ago my vehicle’s brakes suddenly and very quickly disappeared. Fortunately there was still a little braking ability to get me home safely. I had a very hectic week scheduled and this situation was certainly putting a monkey wrench over all my plans. I proceeded to google local auto repair establishments and began calling them with very little to no luck in finding anyone who could help me out in a reasonable emergency situation timeline. Many responses were….sorry, were short staffed, sorry, we’re fully booked…not one of them showing any concern or care. After about 5 different calls I came across Marks Auto Service and called them. Mark answered the phone and I proceeded to explain my situation. Mark was extremely gracious and genuinely concerned. He explained that if I got the car there he could look at it that very afternoon to establish a diagnosis. He also mentioned that he could offer me a complimentary loaner vehicle at no charge….PERFECT! Long story short, my vehicle was diagnosed along with several other much needed service suggestions. Despite the complexity of the original brake issue involving parts to be ordered and the labour intensity surrounding this repair they came through in flying colours with the estimated timeline. Marks Auto Service gets it…they excel in customer service and genuine care and operate in a very thorough and professional manner. Any further service issues in the future along with scheduled maintenance on my vehicle will only be through Marks Auto Service. Thank you Mark!
