Paul, a service advisor, showed me the garage, gave me all the details around the shop. What a great customer experience to be heard but also have a long term vision to be customer obsessed. I had to get my Splash Shield Clipped back on and ended up needing a huge fix for something else because my engine light went on. I got an appointment the next day after I called 👍🏻 & Paul was SO helpful and informative. I was updated throughout the entire day regarding my vehicle via phone/text and was sent a link to view my maintenance progress including photos, descriptions and recommendations of what needed to be fixed. Paul was genuinely happy to help and explain everything to me in detail. I will be going back for sure!
