This shop is very thorough, and that is exactly what I want to know my car is safe and reliable to drive. I plan on keeping my car for a long time. I have complete trust in Marks Auto Service. Paul the service advisor is great to provide accurate details of the work to be done. I have dealt with a lot of auto repair shops. This one is hands down the best 👌

I had my wheel alignment recently completed at Mark's, and they did a great job. I had a specification request, where a previous shop wouldn't complete because it was out of the "green" for their references. Paul was great, where he asked why, understood, and just let me know that Mark's won't take responsibility for any uneven tire wear, etc.. I was fine with that. Also, my steering wheel was nicely centred when the car was returned, as it should be. I was pleased, as I've had a few shops/dealerships return the car with an off-centre wheel before.

The service is always excellent no matter if it's a large job or small repair. I have nothing but good things to say about your business. Even dealing with Paul at the service desk is fun. Thanks to everyone who works there for a great experience

Mark was great - reasonably priced and sent me an email with pics of the work needed to done. This was reassuring rather than just getting a phone call like other places. Highly recommended !!

Upon arriving with two cars for service I was immediately offered a loaner car for the duration of the service requirements. About two hours later I was given a phone call with items that had to be serviced /repaired on the vehicles and the the estimates. This was followed up with an email outlining the various costs etc. I was given a call when the first car was ready, within the time frame given in the email. I was given a time when the second car should be ready, that time was met. When presented with the invoices, there we no surprises as they were exactly in line with the estimates. The work performed on the vehicles I can only say, was more than satisfactory. Thank You.
