There are a few crucial elements necessary to to enable recommending a mechanic. I.E. ( Trust, experience, being well informed of options and knowing that he or she will ask the right questions and subsequently provide the appropriate responses. All this complete with options for pricing and committing to these estimates. In the case of Mark's Auto I have had all of these not just from Mark but from his staff as well.
