I arrived for my appointment, was told what time to return, and provided with a loaner vehicle. I arrived ten minutes before my due time to find my car freshly washed and waiting. The bill was explained and nothing had been overlooked. The entire experience was wonderful and,I will not hesitate to schedule my next service appointment at Mark's. Perhaps I should also mention that all the Covid protocols were in place and coffee was available for those waiting in the socially distanced waiting area.

The service was very detailed with pictures sent to me with advice on what had to be done first.. I felt that everything was done very efficiently. The man at the desk (Paul) was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
