Norene and I are happy that Mark's crew was able to sort out what was causing this vibration noise in Norene's 12 yrar old Mazda. Resolution was difficult to determine and took several visits. Norene is looking forward many more happy kilometers.

What can I say? I've been bring my car to Marks for a couple of years now, they're always courteous, never try to force additional services on you and do a phenomenal job for services. As a young lady who knows very little about cars they have always taken the time to explain things to me, never strong armed me into anything. I've never once felt talked down to and I always leave happy (as does my car). Good prices, lovely staff. They also give me a little BMW as a loaner which is super fun to drive!

This is from what I can tell a good shop. The service writer tends to be honest about my vehicle needs, work is done on time and as promised, there haven't been any hidden fees that I've seen. In fact I had an issue with my truck and another shop was unable to diagnose the problem. Mark's was able to figure out what was wrong and gave me a free loaner car when my truck had to stay overnight. The next day I picked up my truck and the issue was fixed.

Good and timely service. With thorough covid cleaning for these times.
