This is from what I can tell a good shop. The service writer tends to be honest about my vehicle needs, work is done on time and as promised, there haven't been any hidden fees that I've seen. In fact I had an issue with my truck and another shop was unable to diagnose the problem. Mark's was able to figure out what was wrong and gave me a free loaner car when my truck had to stay overnight. The next day I picked up my truck and the issue was fixed.

Good and timely service. With thorough covid cleaning for these times.

My snow tires were removed and the summer tires put on and an oil change was also done! It was done in a timely fashion! Everyone is very friendly! They disinfect keys, bank machine and pens. Everyone does all the right things, keeping all of us safe! Thanks again!

You can't go wrong with Mark's Auto. He never does anything unnecessary. The quintessential trouble shooter. Finds out what's wrong when no one else can. Honest, transparent man of God. He's always very busy, but as Lucille Ball once said, if you want something done, ask a busy person.

Very much appreciate the personal attention and the fact that all service was completed earlier than anticipated.
