Very reliable,friendly people and excellent service on the car

I thought that I would have to purchase a new vehicle but that is no longer true. My 2004 auto has been seen to with thorough workmanship and full explanation. Much work, which was somehow not really detected when I had my car in for regular maintenance elsewhere, was done at Mark's and I am quite pleased with the results.

I was impressed with the pictures taken of the issues with our vehicle and sent to me for review prior to amy work. Great to be able to use technology on this fashion to help the customer better understand the issue. The picture is a 1000 words.

I'm glad I found this place. I was looking for an honest garage, which seems like an oxymoron, but I found the prices fair, the process straightforward, and the service exceptional. Kudos to Paul, who was clear about every bit of work that was done on my truck. They also loaned me a BMW to drive for as long as the service took. I'll definitely be back. (Hopefully not too soon.)
