First time servicing my car with Marks Auto. Excellent customer service! Paul is so helpful and made the whole process very easy, and the mechanics are extremely professional. Vehicle is in amazing shape. Will be back!

I was referred here from my mother who was pleased with her visit after she was referred by her neighbour - and the referral chain will continue! Paul (service advisor) was very friendly and Ben (technician) was thorough, giving me a complimentary car wash after my oil change). I particularly liked the condition report that was sent digitally: i got a summary of all the work that was completed as well as a suggestion of something to do in the future. I will be returning for sure! :)

Mark has been servicing our 1991 Mercury Topaz (114,200 original K) for the past 25 years and he still welcomes us back! The body is rusting around the wheel wells but every time we leave Mark's Auto Service in Oakville, our car runs like new again. Mark's knowledgeable and friendly staff offer honest advice to guide you. Work is performed meticulously in a clean environment by expert technicians and pricing is very reasonable.
