The "Privately-owned Shop" that serviced my VW Tiguan recently closed. I was dreading the thought of going to a Dealership, having heard so many "horror stories" from other people. Mark’s Auto Service provides all-round excellent service. They are professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. They offer advice and options without making me feel pressured to do more work or spend more money than I need to in the way I have felt before at the dealerships.
