Technician Steve, completed the repairs as specified and always has a friendly smile and "hello" whenever I see him in the front office. The service advisor explained the results of the maintenance inspection and I was able to make an informed decision on the service I wanted done. They even email me a copy of the inspection report complete with photographs and their recommendations. Everything was done to my satisfaction and within the estimated amount.
