I was stuck with a door that would not closed and called a couple of service locations to see if they could help me out that day. Dan, while on the phone, asked me to go to the car and tried to help me fix the issue. When that didn't work, he told me to bring it in and that they would diagnose and fix the issue that day, if possible. Thankfully, even with parts needing to be ordered (door lock mechanism and steel cables), they fixed it and I was able to pick up the car at the end of the next day. Mark, the owner, picked my daughter and I up at my home, and took us back to the service center to get the car. I really appreciated the attentiveness and empathy that Dan and Mark showed in a very stressful situation (where I was driving with a driver's door that I had to hold closed while driving).
