Excellent service on a very difficult issue. 3 roadside service tried to help and it was an impossible situation. The car was towed to Marks Auto and Dan was so good to keep me informed as they made their way through a difficult diagnosis. When the car was fixed Dan did a great job explaining everything in detail that needed to be done. The car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. It was my first time as a customer and I really appreciated the work and care of the car. I will definitely be referring my friends and clients to Marks Auto

Just had the best experience with them after being to two others places beforehand and being told something that was completely not needed, or truthful. They were so nice to explain everything to me over the phone, and were wonderful and kind to me in person. I will 100% be back. They took me in last minute and were able to get the job done quickly.

I have been using Mark’s Auto Service for my personal and business vehicles for three years. Having many vehicles it is hard to keep up with knowing what needs to be done for maintenance, and they are super great in reminding what needs to be done according to the maker recommended work schedule adding their professional opinion in when to take the maker’s schedule seriously and when a work can be postponed.
