Reliable, thorough and very professional service. I really appreciate the reports they provide with photographs showing any work required, and the timeline suggested to do so. I know going to the dealership would cost so much more, and Mark’s customer service is fantastic. I’ve also had my fiancé switch to have his vehicle serviced ar Mark’s as well, and he’s equally impressed! I wouldn’t take my Mercedes anywhere else and very highly recommend Mark’s Auto Sercice.
