I am a proud owner of a BLACK SUBARU LEGACY 2011 3.6R and I keep coming back to Mark’s Auto for a couple of good reasons. The work is well done, the staff very knowledgeable about what they do, the customer service is great. They are very honest, give you a call (or email you) with important updates, always get your approval before doing repairs. They provide care to your car (the same way they would care for their own personal vehicle…that’s with very good intentions, gentle care, giving u a heads up about important items that need to be taken care of next time u come in for an oil change)…If u would like an auto shop which is honest, take care of car as if it was their own personal vehicle, work with your budget and tell you which items need to be fixed urgently and other which can safely wait until next time, great customer care, able to get u in a loaner (car) instead of wasting money on car rentals so that u can still have transportation to go to work…call Mark’s Auto today for all of your car needs…well, as well as for yourself…because if your car is happy…then u are also happy…LOL

Excellent customer service

Following an oil change there was additional work required. Mark sought prior approval before proceeding. the old cabin filter was saved to demonstrate it required replacement. Also there was a schedule of the before and after specs to demonstrate the need for an alignment. The front desk was friendly and courteous. In summary a very good experience
