I have been having my vehicles serviced at Mark's Auto Service for many years and they still continue to provide WOW service. I left my car with Mark letting him know that I heard ticking sounds from the steering column that had been heard for a month or more. As will I also needed my winter tires put on as well as have a fog light replaced. After his technician inspected my car I was sent a report which included links to photos of parts that required service and the source of the sound I had been hearing. The report included a video of the part which was causing the ticking noise! I saw the auto part malfunctioning and without a doubt was relieved that I no longer had to put up with the irritating noise. I appreciate the update calls I received from Mark and his Service Advisor, Mansur letting me know of cost estimates and progress of repairs. When I picked up my vehicle Mark showed me the broken part and explained what they had to repair on the fog light. I am grateful to Mark and his team for the "above and beyond" service they preformed on my car - I picked up a well serviced vehicle confident I could make the 5,000 KM trip to Florida and back PLUS the car was sparkling clean.
